Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain computer systems, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative and academic operations.
- Manage data entry, database maintenance, and records organization.
- Handle school management software for attendance, grades, and reports.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and support for staff and students.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in all operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with school management systems will be an advantage.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Applications/IT or relevant field.
- Experience in a similar role preferred, but freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
