Job Description:
Creative Minds International School, located in Litter Pulwama, is seeking a passionate and qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and be dedicated to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where children can grow, explore, and learn.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to the diverse learning styles of children.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support to ensure their development.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and administration to promote the holistic development of each child.
- Prepare and maintain teaching materials, classroom organization, and displays.
- Promote social skills, teamwork, and good behavior in young children.
- Continuously update teaching strategies based on new educational research and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching at the Kindergarten or Early Childhood level.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a deep commitment to child-centered learning.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids, digital tools, and educational apps.
- Experience in using child-centric methodologies and play-based learning approaches.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
